THE PROBLEM WITH OTHER SPEAKERS

Your audience already

That is not their problem.

There is no shortage of speakers who will walk your audience through the forces reshaping the future of work. AI and automation. Burnout at record levels. Five generations working side by side for the first time in history. The engagement collapse. They will do it well. The research is solid, the slides are polished, and the room will feel informed when they walk out.

Then Monday arrives. And nothing changes.

Because information is not the constraint. Your audience has read the reports. They follow the research. They know the statistics. What they do not have is a named, specific, research-grounded framework for building something better with their particular team, starting this week. That gap — between awareness and action — is exactly what most keynotes leave behind.

WHAT ERIC DELIVERS

Every session.

Every audience.

Eric holds every keynote he delivers to the same standard:

Every attendee leaves with a named framework — grounded in research, specific enough to apply immediately, and flexible enough to fit their industry, role, and organizational context. Not a concept. Not a feeling. A set of tools for what to build next.

In practice, this means every session opens by naming a real, specific problem the audience has personally experienced — not a trend, but a tension. It deepens by revealing what the research actually shows about why conventional solutions fail. And it closes by handing the audience a blueprint: named, sequenced, and immediately actionable.

This is why organizations bring Eric back. Not because the first session was memorable. Because six months later, the leaders in that room are still using the language, still running the frameworks, and asking when he can come back to take them further.

THE FIVE KEYNOTES

Every keynote Eric delivers is built from the same foundation — the decade of primary research that became Rethink Work and The Blueprint. Each addresses a different structural challenge.

Each is fully customized to your audience. Each ends with a specific, named framework attendees can apply the following week.

THE CERTAINTY CRISIS

How to navigate a world that’s moving faster than ever before

BLUEPRINT TO THE FUTURE

A guide to building teams ready to thrive in the future of work

BUILT FOR UNCERTAINTY

How to build a team that can navigate change and uncertainty

SNOWFLAKES AND FINGERPRINTS

How to attract and retain top teams

Unwavering Teams

How to build resilient teams rooted in belonging and trust

Every keynote is customized to your industry and audience, and every one ends with a named framework your people can use the following Monday.

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

What happens

Eric’s sessions are not structured like most keynotes. They do not open with a story, move through a slide deck, and close with a call to action. They open with a problem — specific, named, and immediately recognizable to every person in the room. They build an argument. And they close by handing the audience a blueprint.

The energy is high. The research is present but not academic. The humor is real. And the frameworks are specific enough that attendees do not have to figure out how to apply them to their context — Eric does that work inside the session. By the time the room applauds, the framework is already theirs.

This is what ‘fully customized’ actually means in practice: Eric and the event team work together in advance to understand the specific tensions the audience is navigating. The challenges are named inside the session.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Eric’s keynotes are available as 45–60 minute conference keynotes, 90-minute extended sessions with facilitated Q&A, and half-day or full-day workshops. All formats are available in-person and virtually, with virtual sessions adapted specifically for online delivery — not a copy of the in-person format on Zoom.

Every engagement includes a pre-event discovery conversation with Eric and your team to ensure the session is genuinely customized. This is not a pre-call where Eric learns the name of your organization. It is a working session where he understands the specific tensions your audience is navigating and builds them into the keynote. Eric is booked most frequently for: HR and People leadership conferences, CEO and senior leadership summits, financial services and professional association events, technology and healthcare industry conferences, and large-scale team offsites.
